Exhibiting under the ‘umbrella’ of the BBGA will cost only £595+VAT for the 2 days of the event and will give you exactly the same pre-event exposure as you would get if you took a larger stand (only at a fraction of the cost). The package will include a table and chair, spotlights, a socket and electricity and full wifi access. You will also receive a voucher entitling you to a ‘free’ lunch on both days of the event (one per exhibiting company). If you were to exhibit in your own right at BAE, the cost would be £2000+VAT for a 3m x 3m booth or £995+VAT for a 2m x 1.5m booth – so being a part of the BBGA stand is an extremely cost-effective way of exhibiting. We anticipate a good proportion of the BBGA member companies will want to be represented in this way and will, if necessary, increase the size of the stand to accommodate demand for space. Each company will have wall space 2m wide in front of which there will be positioned a table and chair. The 2m space will provide ample room to erect pull-up displays and posters, etc…..There will also be a communal seating area where member companies will be able to invite their guests/customers to have a coffee and a chat.
